Fill in the correct form of sein for each article and noun. Pay attention to whether the subject is singular or plural.

The brother is strong, and the sister is intelligent.

Das Ehepaar verheiratet, und die Familie groß.

The married couple is married, and the family is large.

Helper: Ehepaar (couple) and Familie (family) are singular

Der Onkel lustig, und die Tante nett.

The uncle is funny, and the aunt is nice.

Helper: Both are singular (masculine or feminine)

Die Cousine Studentin, und die Cousinen Freundinnen.

The cousin is a student, and the cousins are friends.

Helper: Singular cousine, Plural cousinen

Das Baby klein, und die Babys müde.

The baby is small, and the babies are tired.
