These terms of use constitute a binding legal agreement entered into between you, either personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and practice-german.online ("the company", "we", "us" or "our"), regarding the access and use yours at practice-german.online.

If the terms are not acceptable, you may not use the website.

Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, the site is our property.
The content and marks are provided on the site "as is" for your information and personal use only.

We may change any information you provide to us.
We may delete you as a visitor from the site and even limit your access.

Prohibited activities
You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available.

An account on the website is a private account. One person will not hold two different aliens. Each person may open only one visa. If two other users open, we may remove you from the site without prior notice and even charge you for expenses if necessary.

User Generated Contributions
Everything you upload to the site is legal and does not infringe on other people's copyrights.

Submissions
You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, feedback, or other information regarding the Site ("Submissions") provided by you to us are non-confidential and will become our sole property.

Website management
We reserve the right to limit, delete, and change anything you submit to the site.

Opening the Course

We are doing our best to open the series as planned. However, there may be reasons beyond our control, and in such cases, we are forced to postpone the start of the series. If the series is not opened on time, you can choose to get the money back or switch to another series.

Refund

Fees of 2 euros will be deducted from each refund.
You can get a refund for participating in the series up to 7 days before the start of the series. After that, no refund will be given.
